Biography
Scott has represented both individuals and businesses for over 35 years in all aspects of employment law in both state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies. His extensive experience in and out of court on behalf of employees and employers provides Scott a unique perspective on employment matters, allowing him to understand the best strategy for his clients. Scott works closely with his clients to avoid litigation whenever possible but also provides an aggressive but cost conscious approach to litigation matters.
